How to change the email address for my account?
We are unable to change the email address associated with your TerraMow App account directly within the app.
To change the email address, please create a new TerraMow account through the app. Once the new account is created, you can then add your TerraMow mower to this account.
Here are the detailed steps:
- Go to the "Profile" tab within the app and tap "Account".
- Tap the "Sign out" button to log out of your current account.
- Create an account with your new email address.
- After account creation is complete, add your TerraMow mower again.
How to change the country or region associated with your account?
We are unable to change the country or region associated with your TerraMow App account directly within the app.
To update your account's country or region, please create a new TerraMow account through the app. Once the new account is created, you can then add your TerraMow mower to this account.
Here are the detailed steps:
- Go to the "Profile" tab within the app and tap "Account".
- Tap the "Sign out" button to log out of your current account.
- Select your new country or region and create an account.
- After account creation is complete, add your TerraMow mower again.
How to submit feedback via TerraMow app?
You can submit feedback through the TerraMow app by following these steps. Our support team will reach out to you via email promptly to address your concerns.
- Open your TerraMow app and log in to your account.
- Go to the "Profile" tab and click on "Feedback".
- Click the "Submit" button. Wait for your issue description, images, or video attachments to finish uploading. Logs will be processed in the background.
- Once your feedback submission is successful, you will receive an email in your inbox.
