3. Shipping Address & Tracking

1) Shipping address

Please make sure all the delivery information you provide is correct. We are not responsible for the delivery failure caused by the incorrect delivery address provided.

*Note: We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

2) Shipment tracking

We will send you an email updating you with the tracking number once we have sent out your package. If you don’t receive the tracking information email within 4 working days, please contact support@terramow.com.

3) Shipment challenge

We are not responsible for delivery accidents, including package missing, package damage, delivery delays, and delivery failure caused by the incorrect delivery address provided. If you received your package damaged, please contact support@terramow.com within 1-2 working days after receiving the package.
