Please move the robot next to the router. Press and hold the "Power" &"Home" buttons at the same time until you see the white indicator light, then follow the steps and input the correct Wi-Fi name(SSID) and password. Please follow the video guide here for more details.
What should I do if the robot is offline?
Check the network and reconnect via Bluetooth at close range if needed. If Wi-Fi still fails, restart the device and try again. Video guide here.
Can TerraMow work without an internet connection?
Initial use requires Wi-Fi connection. Cellular data is only used when Wi-Fi is unavailable and cellular data is enabled.
How do I activate the free data package?
You will receive a 1GB gift data package valid for the first year after activating the TerraMow robot. In the app, go to Settings > Network & Bluetooth > Cellular Data and turn Cellular Data on. For more information, please check here.
How long is the purchased data package valid, and how to redeem it?
1 GB is valid for one year and an extra traffic package needs to be redeemed through the App. Copy the redemption code in Network & Bluetooth > Cellular Data > Subscribe / Redeem with code. Check here for more details.
Can one robot be used with multiple accounts?
One robot has only one owner account but multiple shared accounts.
How to share it or transfer ownership?
For shared devices, check the clicking sequence:Setting icon>Select the 'Share device'>Input the correct email address. To transfer ownership, please reconfigure the network with the new owner account.
How do I update the firmware?
Click the Setting icon, then select Firmware Update in the app notification(OTA). Click here to learn more.
What should I do if the firmware update fails, is interrupted, or gets stuck?
Check signal and move only the robot closer to the router. Retry once stable; if failures continue, upload logs in the app and contact us.
How do I upload logs or submit feedback?
Tap Feedback in the upper-right corner of the app and fill in the complete related information. Before submitting, select "Upload all logs" so we can troubleshoot the issue faster.
Can the base station be installed outside the lawn?
Yes. But it requires good conditions such as level ground, secure placement, smooth robot access, and a stable network signal. Check here for more details.
How to connect multiple separate lawns?
Add New Zone feature is used to connect separate lawns by creating multi-zone pathways, allowing the robot to work across different areas. Click here for more details.
Why is the mowing path not updating on the map?
It is not shown when using cellular data. Sync will resume once the device reconnects to Wi-Fi. Please keep the network stable and open the page again.
How do I adjust edge cutting distance?
In Mowing Settings, adjust Edge-Cutting Distance to adjust the related distance based on the actual lawn-edge conditions. Check here for more details.
What should I do if some areas are left unmowed?
Check if there are any obstacles in the missed area. Otherwise, please add Grass-cutting Zone. For further instructions, check here.
How do I create a map?
TerraMow supports auto mapping. Before mapping, ensure stable base station placement, level ground, smooth docking, and a stable network. Check here for further instructions.
How do I use Spot Mode?
Spot Mode is a mowing mode designed for small, independent lawns (with a maximum area of 120 square meters) without a base station. Check here for more details.
What should I do if a scheduled task fails to start?
There are 3 main factors here:
Incorrect schedule time
Main task or subtask switch is not enabled
Insufficient light

What should I do if the robot cannot return to or leave the base station?
Check the return path and the area around the base station, make sure the base station is properly powered on, and check whether the QR code is dirty or damaged.
What should I do if the robot won't charge or shows an abnormal charging status?
Make sure the power adapter is properly plugged into the outlet and connected to the base station, check whether the green indicator is on, and inspect the charging contacts for dirt or water.
Why does the app report rain when it is not raining?
Dust, grass clippings, or water droplets on the rain sensor, as well as condensation on its surface at night or early in the morning when temperatures are lower, may cause this issue. You can wipe the rain sensor with a soft cloth.
What should I do if the robot makes unusual noises?
Check the cutting disc for missing or extra blades under the robot. If unsure, upload photos/videos in the app or contact us.
What should I do if the package is damaged or accessories are missing?
Please take photos of the damaged or missing items in the package and contact us with your order number, shipping address, phone number, and relevant photos for further assistance.
What is the difference between V600 and V1000?
The main differences are the recommended working area and battery capacity. V600 is recommended for lawns up to about 600㎡, while V1000 is 1200㎡.
What should I do if the robot needs repair?
Upload logs in the app with issue details. If repair is needed under warranty, we will arrange it. Out of warranty, online support is still available.
Where are the support hotline, after-sales service centers, or repair centers?
TerraMow has official service centers in Europe, USA, and UK. If you encounter any issues, please contact support@terramow.com first.
How long does delivery take after placing an order?
