At Terramow, we are dedicated to delivering safe and reliable products. Our mission is to protect your home network and the integrity of your personal information. Our products are engineered to be fully compliant with the EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED) 2014/53/EU and the cybersecurity standards EN 18031-1 / EN 18031-2.

Security Support Period

We provide regular functional improvements and security patches to maintain the long-term safety of our products. Each product is accompanied by a corresponding Declaration of Conformity (DoC) and technical documentation. We guarantee a software security update support period of at least 3 years (starting from the official launch/market release date of the product; please refer to the table below for specific details).

Cybersecurity Measures

1. No Default Passwords: To prevent unauthorized access, every device requires the user to set a unique password/PIN during the initial setup.

2. Encrypted Communication: All data transmitted between the device, the mobile application, and our cloud servers is protected by industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher).

3. Firmware Integrity: Every software update is digitally signed. The device will only install authentic, verified firmware originating from our official servers.

4. Secure Updates: Security fixes are delivered through verified channels, such as Over-the-Air (OTA) updates, official firmware packages, or our authorized application.

Personal Data & Privacy Protection

1. Data Minimization: We only collect the data strictly necessary for the operation and optimization of the device.

2. User Control: You can view, manage, and delete your personal data at any time via the Terramow app.

3. Device Reset (Privacy Erasure): If you decide to sell or dispose of your device, you can use the "Factory Reset" function to permanently erase all local personal data.
